Starting Up a New Home Business – Recipe for Self-Motivation

It really takes a certain character or personality to be able to first of all ‘go out on a limb’ and take the risk of starting a new business online. Then it also takes some special skills to be capable of working day in and day out with no pay and seeing no results (yet). Many a person has just assumed they had failed and quit while they were ‘ahead’.
Of course we know that 95% fail at starting their own Internet business – but that is only because they quit before they gave it a fair chance. Really their motivation was only to see something instantly that required little or no effort on their part. From the very start, when they join a program they would sooner go their own way than to take advice or take advantage of training even though free. Part of this is ‘human nature’ and we really wanted to shake off the ‘chains’ of having worked for someone else, although this is a long way from accepting advice and training so that we might know the best way to go.
Unfortunately if we don’t have the right attitude or ‘what it takes’, our path will take us quickly downhill to the point of giving up – again without even giving it a fair chance. There are ways that we can train our minds so that we will stick to our goals even in the face of seeing absolutely nothing to show for our effort. It could be called faith, but since that term represents something that is also unseen, it may not resonate with everyone. Maybe just to say that it may work if we can believe in ourselves and remain determined – even to fight to get what we want. Maybe confidence or self-esteem are words that we can relate to and understand – and that is what we will need to actively cultivate.
Whenever we feel doubtful or like we are a failure or that we don’t know how to do something, instead of accepting that, take some action to reverse the feeling. Tell yourself to hear the negative voice, accept it and then refuse to listen to it anymore. Put it away somewhere but just refuse to entertain it. In its place, think of pleasant things and successes you have had. Make a list. What are the things you feel you are good at? What are the things you enjoy? What are the things you just love? Whenever you hear the voice of doom just replace it with good, positive thinking. Don’t allow yourself to wallow in negativity – get up and do something – even if it is not business-related – go for a walk, a run, to the gym, to the beach – get some fresh air and then come back, sit down and start over again. Fight for what you want. Your new home business can mean your financial freedom!
One reason people quit a new home business is that they feel they have limited funds, and most people do. So then the first thing to keep in mind is not to over-extend ourselves financially so we don’t become stressed or apprehensive. There is just no reason to quit for that reason with all of the free resources and information available to everyone on the Internet. It’s a matter of priorities as far as having a little money to start up and operate an online business. Unless we are really in dire straits we can always come up with $5 or $10 or even $1 to sock away to save for our business if that is our top priority. It is only a matter of determining that which is most important to us. ‘You can’t have your cake and eat it too’.

7 Minutes Workout Boost Strength, Flexibility and Resilience

Exercise isn’t just for athletes and the image conscious. Regular physical activity is important to everybody – no matter what your age or level of health. Whether you’re training for a marathon or a regular walk around the block after surgery, you need exercise to build and maintain a fit body! The good news is, just as a seed contains all it needs to sprout, so you too are already equipped to thrive and grow but you need a diet and nutrition to fuel your body right and exercise to boost strength, flexibility and resilience. Physical strength along with flexibility and endurance will help you fight illnesses and maintain good health. We all want to be fit and healthy and while many see the need for good nutrition, the vast majority find it hard to stay motivated to stick with a fitness routine. To the vast majority the fitness routine must include the gym, fitness experts, several hours of running or bike riding, regular visits to the weight room. Reality is you can get your body into shape of your life using only a few minutes of exercise!
Today, exercise is viewed as science. It is such a fine and intellectually fascinating pursuit you need to recognize that fact. The body is indeed beautiful and a wonder to behold. In the words of the religious, it is the temple of God. In an age where men and women are so engaged finding time to exercise is a major concern, given the traditional view of what a workout is. With 7 Minutes workout, long hours of running, hours in the weight room does not have to be your routine. The 7 Minutes workout fulfills the latest mandates for high-intensity effort, which essentially combines a long run and a visit to the weight room into about seven minutes of steady discomfort — all of it based on science. The several researches show, for instance, that even a few minutes of training at an intensity approaching your maximum capacity produces molecular changes within muscles comparable to those of several hours of running or bike riding. Workout period requires intervals. The extremely intense activity must be intermingled with brief periods of recovery. That said, you must also understand what type of exercises can benefit you and how to stay motivated to stick with that fitness routine. There is also need for someone/programme to lay out guidelines on how to put the newest fitness research into practice. Done properly, The 7 minutes workout is a complete workout for both mind and body.
During the few minutes of workout afforded by this unique and PROVEN approach, you only train 7 minutes a day, 3 times a week. Doing this allows for a change of the intensity, as fitness improves as a result of consistent training. The change of intensity, does NOT affect duration. In other words, the exercise program becomes a part of your life. Your fitness will improve and your training program will change, but NOT get longer. The chemical reactions in the body are used as indicators to ensure that the workouts do not create the negative emotions associated with over training. The lifestyle and nutrition choices help you add our fitness routines into your life schedule. Your body will not be crying out for the foods you should not eat. The 7 minutes workout allows you to break the cycle of trying to use your will power to overrule your natural instincts. You are energized by the 7 Minutes workout.

Home Business - Staying in the Game

Sometimes our lives take sudden turns and we have to take detours.  Some examples may be that we had thought that we had X number of hours to devote to our business when we started out and then our hours at our day job increased; Or our financial picture may change where we have seen something increase in cost and now we don't have as much to use for operating our business; Or we have had a full-time job and been building our home business slowly, part-time and we find out that the day job will be ending and we need to find another full-time position right away.

Ideally we would be able to devote more time to our home business and make that our primary source of income.  The point is that either way, no matter what, don't quit.  If your plan was to do it one way, don't give up just because your plan has to change when life gets in the way!  Make a new plan, go a different way. The point is not to make your home business expendable.  Would you just throw your job away if your situation changed? Maybe, but you would need to find another one to replace it or another way to earn a living.

Many people do not really take their home business seriously - and as such they never really succeed in any substantial way to earn money. 'You get what you pay for' - and 'pay' can mean expending your time and energy and other resources including money.  However if a million different things always take precedence over doing the work you need to do to develop your business, you are obviously not sticking to any plan where your business is concerned.

People often have 'buyer's remorse' and this wouldn't happen quite as much if they had a real plan that includes a budget and a schedule. Realize what your expenses are and take stock of how much money you actually have to cover them and by what date.  Anything left over, then that is what you have to work with to support something extra like starting a business. Don't be surprised and call it 'unexpected' changes to your financial situation when the mortgage comes due! Make sure you have it covered FIRST.

There is a certain 'crazed' mindset that can go with 'shopping' and business opportunity shopping can be one of the worst because of the expectation of a return on the investment.  While everything is a gamble, make it an educated gamble so you don't just waste your time and money.  Don't speculate that you will get the money back right away and therefore it is fine to go into debt, or spend money that is already committed such as for living expenses or bills.

You may say well ok then I guess I can't do this - yes you can - just find another way - If you are totally serious you will find a way to put $5-10 aside every time you have money.  If you really intend to start a real business - you will find $5-10 from various places when you decide to make your business a priority.  Keep it real. Take it seriously.

Thinking of Starting an Internet Business?

The key to everything is taking action.  While things usually start with a thought or idea, somebody has to do something to make them happen!  We should first identify and examine the realities of our situation and why do you think you want to start a business from home.  Likely it has to do with money.   However there are multiple factors, tangible and intangible, that could be causing you to think about starting your own business.

For example maybe you are in a rut at work, wish you had a different job, know you could do more and you want to more interested and invested in what you are doing; maybe you would like to be with your family more, or are bored with staying at home to take care of kids or others, and while this is very important, you don't find it particularly stimulating mentally; or for many reasons when you have looked for a job you were over or under qualified, didn't agree with some ideologies of the company, or weren't politically connected and/or just didn't fit in.

Maybe through years of trial and error you find that you really want an alternative lifestyle; you feel confident you will do better working for yourself than you will working for somebody else. You are prepared to put a lot of hours into it since you are working towards something that is all yours. Guess what! It's your life and if at all possible you should be able to live the way you want to.  After all they say you only live once and the regrets that people have are more about what they didn't do than what they did. How tragic.

So many people have to sell out just to survive.  They can't be themselves or have any fun at least in public and still keep a roof over their heads.  Anybody logical knows that is the primary consideration of survival and so they don't feel that bad about having to go along with the program in order to live comfortably.  Guess what! You can have it all if you can think of a way to become self-employed.  If you have a home, a computer with an Internet connection, and some basic skills, you have all the makings of a home business.

Now all you have to do is determine some ways that you can make money.  You may have to do this in stages where it is not your best idea that is the most feasible.  Just like in a corporation where you have to start at entry level and work your way up, you may need to do this with your own business but the point is to start some place.  There are a number of different things you can do and/or learn to do online that would make a fine business someday.

At all points the search engines are your best friend. You can research anything just by submitting a query and you can drill down with all the links you can find that give you information about your ideas. If it is something you need to learn, find out how you can do that, how much it will cost, if anything; do comparative analysis on all of your ideas to see what is most feasible for you. Be sure you know what you are doing and how to do it before you 'burn any bridges' (quit your job, fire your boss, etc).

Be realistic. You need a way to survive while you are building and developing your business.  Be logical - nothing is going to happen overnight or by magical thinking.  Set your target goals and then plan exactly what you need to do to make it happen. The budget to survive in the meantime should be a primary consideration, obviously.  Eyes wide open, march onward and upward to reach your goal!
